Hormones causing: They will feel normal over next couple of weeks. When you have a miscarriage your body secretes a hormone to help your uterus stop bleeding, unfortunately one of the effects of this hormone called oxytocin is causing your breasts to be sore. The level will return to normal, as will your breasts shortly. Massage will help, as will otc medications.
