I'm 5 weeks pregnant, i don't have breast pain, unlike my first pregnancy when i did have sore breast, but ended it miscarriage. i experienced breast pain 2 weeks ago but don't feel it much now, is my pregnancy alright not having breast pain?

The breast responds to the increase in pregnancy hormones producing "pain" in patients having an initial pregnancy due to glandular swelling. Second pregnancies tend to not produce the same sensitivity. Your pregnancy hopefully will continue to develop. Your OB GYN MD can do a serum ;quantitative HCG to determine if the value is still rising over 2 weeks that can help determine viability.
