Yes: If you are referring to spaces between your teeth, braces or invisalign are some of the best options to treat dental spacing. If you are referring to gaps caused by cavities - then braces are not a good options. Braces should only be placed on healthy teeth that are cavity free!

Yes and more: If you are talking about spaces between teeth or open areas where teeth have been removed, the answer is "yes." individual brackets or bands are placed on each tooth and the "arch wire" extends continuously around the dental arch from brace to brace. Spaces can be maintained, closed, or opened as required.
