Not for everyone: Aka browlift: as low as $4000 ranging to $6000 & up depending on where you live. I think it is an overly performed procedure which either doesn't appear to have actually lifted the eyebrows in some cases, and in other cases, the eyebrows are lifted too high. Look at the relaxed flat brow of the young woman here. Raising the eyebrows too high can show too much upper eyelid => "surprised look.".
