Yes.: Best to take the advil (ibuprofen) beforehand so that the water doesn't dilute the magic mouthwash. Otherwise, wait 30-45 minutes after using mouthwash before taking the advil (ibuprofen).

Yes: Should not be a problem, take it before you rinse to keep the effect of magic mouthwash.
