None: The radiation risk from a full mouth series of x-rays is less than what you would get standing outside on a sunny day. Most dentist use digital x-rays now which cuts the exposure times greatly, thus increasing the safety.

Nil: Dental radiographs are exposed with a minimal amout of diagnostic radiation, just enough to expose the films. This amount does not damage the tissues it passes through. In addition, only your mouth is exposed directly. You are exposed to a higher (full body) dose of cosmic radiation when flying in an airplane for a few hours. People don't avoid flying because of this.
