Beware of these: The most reliable products are available from your dentist. They have been thoroughly. Tested and proven safe. So have many products in the stores, like crest white strips.. Beware of online products . You never know what's in there. Stick with major brand names. They are tested, reliable and safe. Your health is more important than saving a few bucks.

Don't buy online: Safe, simple, effective, cheap: 1 part 3% otc hydrogen peroxide to 2 parts water; rinse twice daily after brushing. See results 4-6 weeks. Online products are not fda approved and can cause gum burning. As a dentist, I have never seen an online product work for any of my patients who have tried. Good luck!

ADA: Anything that is approved by ada, i would recommend because it stood the research and it backs what it promises.
