Yes and no: In principle, there are no contraindications for her receiving the vaccine in the case that we have an epidemic, when we vaccinate anyone wit chronic lung disease.

H1N1 IS IN FLU VACCI: Since last year we are not giving h1n1 vaccine as it has been incorporated in the annual flu vaccine so a 59 years old with COPD should get annual flu vaccine which also has h1n1.We do not have h1n1 vaccine alone any more since last year as there is no need for it.
