Viral: Call ur Pedeatrician or Ediatric Dental Specialist. HFMD is viral. Care is supportive not curative. Keep ur son well hydrated, give pediatric pain killer EXACTLY as recommended by MD/DO or DDS/DMD. Numbing mouth sprays or rinses may be helpful.
