Yes: But it will not last long if you use tobacco which will re-stain your teeth again - so why do it in the f irst place. Do you know that chewing tobacco can cause serious disease and is not recommended.

Bleaching: Bleaching your teeth will work but if you continue to smoke it will not last. They will work against each other. If you want to have white teeth you need to stop smoking! make up your mind.
