A member asked:

I'm having severe lower back pain which isn't associated with cramps. could it be my kidneys?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

COULD BE/MUSCLE PAIN: Pain in back can be due to kidney stones or infection, but it is on the side where kidneys are located and will radiate towards groin but commonest cause of back pain is due to muscle pain or problem with the spine and/or pressure on the nerves if it is radiating down leg back pain needs to be evauated by your doctor.
