Abdominal mass: This could be one of many things. Although tumors are quite uncommon in children compared to adults, this is possible. My advice would be to follow up closely with the pediatrician evaluating your baby. It is unclear what other symptoms they have and also unclear where the mass is located and what other features it may have.
