Viral illness or ?: Indigestion, cough, chest pain, dizziness and feeling weak can be signs of serious heart problems/ heart attack. If you have mild fever, or sore throat, or exposure to flu, it could be just a viral respiratory infection. As a 40 y.o. woman, your risk of heart disease is low but not 0. If you have risk factors (smoking, high BP, high cholesterol, fam history, diabetes) see your doctor right away.
