im azoospermic and my testosterone is low nd have small testes so doctor has prescribed me anastrazole for the treatment ;wat are the adverse effects?

Monimal: It can cause lowering of HDL cholesterol, may worsen bone density if you're on it for over a year. If your testes are small, it may not work. Did you get genetic testing?
