Treat if symptomatic: No treatment if no symptoms like erectile dysfunction, lack of energy or sex drive or depression. If symptomatic, best managed by endocrinologist who can prescribe :- hormonal skin gel like testim or androgel, andrderm skin patch, intra muscular injections on bi-weekly basis or pellet implant.
