NOA?: I think you have what we might call non-obstructive azoospermia despite a few sperms. We only need the number of sperm to match the eggs from your partner. Needle aspiration is usually not reliable in this situation so open biopsy may be more successful. With so few sperm, you need ivf/icsi. Consult your specialist who has the details of your situation.
