I did sperm culture and i diagnosed with staphy epid but i dnot have any symptoms, the reason for the test i found 30% white cell when did seman test?

Not a do it yourself: issue. Did a doctor examine you and order a semen culture? It does not appear so! Staph epi is likely a contaminant form the skin. If you have any symptoms or fertility issues, it would be prudent to consult a doctor.
