Gynecomastia: Is simply breast enlargement in men. This is pretty common in teenaged boys, but can be seen in all ages. It is rarely caused by a hormonal imbalance; usually there is no known cause.

See your doctor.: The internet, while often helpful, has not replaced the physical examination. The best way to make any medical diagnosis is to see a board certified doctor. Gynecomastia is the most frequent cause of persistent lumps in the male breast, but the safest thing to do is to get it checked out by a trained professional.
