Not quite: The cardiac problems that you describe are usually trivial findings on an echocardiogram. But, academically, pulmonic regurgitation (usually accompanied by tricuspid) may be caused by uncontrolled asthma, and mitral regurgitation may worsen asthma. Talk to your doctor!
