Neuropathy: When pregnant you likely have edema or swelling which can be placing pressure on a nerve. Similiarly you are carrying more weight and maybe putting pressure on your back...Somewhere a nerve is being compressed. Visit an orthopedist who can help pinpoint the etiology and possibly offer a treatment like a brace or splint.
