How does it feel to move hand after being cast for weeks?

Sore and Stiff: Your hand will be stiff when you first get to move it again after being in a cast. This may cause some pain, but as long as your hand is properly healed, the soreness should be temporary.

Sore and stiff: Most people complain of stiffness, soreness and weakness after coming out of a cast. Often this will pass with a little time and /or pt.
