Pins were put in my wrist to fix a fracture. he just cast me on monday, and i dont know if i moved my wrist within the cast, i cant find a comfortable place because the pins are protruding & sticking me. is there anything i can do about it.?

Go back to your doct: This is not normal. Go back tot he orthopedist as soon as possible to see if this can be corrected. The sooner you go, the better, because if something has shifted a little bit, it can be adjusted to help your fracture heal in the best position.
