Have allergy testing: To figure out if in fact you do have allergies..And if so, to what specific items(ie. Dust mites, your pets, pollen etc). Then your dr can discuss avoidance measures, and usually prescribe a nasal steroid spray(or antihistamine spray). They are very effective with very few side effects...Even used in young children.
