Arthritis & meniscus: If mild arthritis with primarily well-defined tear that is causing mechanical symptoms, then scope. If just mild degenerative meniscus without mechanical symptoms(locking, etc), then treat the arthritis primarily.

I have had knee pain and put a question up about it twice both saying how that they click alot and are red constantly with intermittent ache I have got its maybe a meniscus tear or inflammatory arthritis but I highly doubt it what else could it be?
