Tickling teeth: This is curious. The first thing that comes to mind is that there may be an irritant nearby the gums/teeth causing that "tickling" sensation. One suggestion would be to write down foods that you eat, toothpastes etc. That you use. You may be reacting to something recently introduced into your diet or teeth cleaning regimen. I think it would be best to visit your dentist for an evaluation.
