Several: Most common is optic neuritis, with unilateral loss of vision, pain on eye motion, and washout of colors. Abnormal eye movements with double vision may occur with brainstem inflammation, (mlf syndrome), various eye incoordination issues can occur, and vertigo could be due to eye or ear.
