I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2017. i have had about 6 relapses each with worse symptoms. at the moment my left eye, my speech, both legs are affected, when eating or drinking i have difficultly swallowing. what medication would help?

First, it must be determined whether you truly have MS or do you instead have Neuromyelitis Optica? MS drugs may make the latter worse! If you do have progressive MS, self-injectables and many oral agents will be disappointing. Monoclonal antibodies may be a choice. Find a local medical school, and see a neurologist who specializes in MS ASAP. Do not delay. Do give us feedback.
