Body mind: The mind and body used to be thought of as entirely separate, but they are integrally connected. The mind can change the brain and the brain affects the mind. They are two sides of the same coin, but have qualitative differences. By maintaining a positive state of mind and also practicing mindfulness, your body, which obviously includes your brain, is healthier.
