Let Dr know: Don't worry; you'll be just fine. It probably hurt pretty bad if you landed on the palm of your hand, but you likely did not do any damage. Call your doctor for a quick check.

Observation: If your incision looks good and you have not experienced any new symptoms or increasing pain, it should be ok. Just keep an eye on it. Any significant changes would warrant a call to your surgeon.
