Call your doctor: You'll probably be ok with elevating and resting the hand, but to be on the safe side you should speak with your surgeon.

Let Dr know: Don't worry; you'll be just fine. It probably hurt pretty bad if you landed on the palm of your hand, but you likely did not do any damage. Call your doctor for a quick check.
