Apples, carrots: Hard crisp fruit will serve to clean your teeth at lunch. Sticky food will help rot your teeth unless you brush at lunch also. Do not leave a coating of milk on your teeth. At least rinse and swallow or spit out after eating. Do not even allow a coating of soda to remain on your teeth after lunch.

Anything healthy.: Generally whats good for your body is good for your teeth. Stick to healty foods and drink, avoiding those with sugar and acid will be good for your teeth. Brushing properly with fluroide toothpaste after lunch will definitely help.
