Dry eyes: Take artificial tears. Not visine. If frequent use preservative free tears. Minimize contact lens use. Drink water and avoid caffeine or alcohol.

Dry eye: You can prevent worsening of dry eye with early treatment through your eye doctor. Warm compresses, good hydration, and omega-3 fatty acids can also help.
