Surgical removal: No remedies to remove moles. See your dermatologist in regular basis and your doc will be able to pin point which moles are suspicious and will remove them surgically. Avoid sun exposure, put some skin lotion, umbrella/clothings etc to cover your skin- all those things to decrease uv exposure- will be important.

Can't think of any: Good question. I have seen on the internet creams and lotions which can be applied to skin lesions, moles, and warts which cause the skin lesion to dry up, scab up and then fall off. I believe you are asking about those treatments. It appears to be some kind of a chemical peel. These treatments are unregulated and unlikely to be fda approved, so i can't in good conscience recommend any.
