Healthy: A good variety of foods is important to provide all of the necessary nutrients. Make sure there's a good balance between protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Too much simple sugar is not recommended. Fast food can be inexpensive but usually not the best most healthy food for athletes.

Same: They need the same as the rest of us, Lean Protein as meat, chicken, fish, beans and legumes. carbohydrates as whole grains, fruits and vegetables, healthy fats- unsaturated, Nuts and seeds, Plenty of water for re hydration and to help the kidney work to get rid of waste. Their calorie requirement may be higher due to their activity, but the types of foods are the same. Also include dairy
