It can be: It sure can be uti, you need urine analysis to know for sure, go to your doctor and get checked, don't wait for too long, left untreated UTI can cause a lot of problems.

Consider kidney infection: If your symptoms include fever pain frequent urination and difficulty and or pain with urination it is likely that you have a serious kidney infection. This should be treated immediately and i suggest you see healthcare professional as soon as possible.
