Possibly: If it is present because of a missed ovulation or delaying your cycle, then it can. However it will likely resolve with time. However, often the cyst doesn't prevent ovulation. If your cycles are coming normally, it shouldn't prevent conception.

No: It might keep you from having intercourse to produce a baby bec of the pain but as long as your ovaries are making eggs you can get pregnant.

No: Many women have multiple cysts of varying sizes & still ovulate & get pregnant. They looked at your ovaries as part of your workup & should have explained this.
