Yes: Most farsighted patients can have laser vision correction. Given your age, you probably have presbyopia, not hyperopia or farsightedness. This means that you can no longer focus your eyes to see well at near. There are less options for presbyopia, but they do exist. See your ophthalmologist to review your options.
