Sinusitis: blurred vision with a sinus infection if it is severe enough is possible. The sinuses are air filled bony pockets that surround the eye but are separated from it by bones. It does merit an eye exam to insure that the sinus infection is not spreading from the sinuses to your orbit (the area around your eye)

Had always been nearsighted. i had face pain and doc concluded sinusitis. after 3wks my vision is more weird seeing afar. is this related to sinus?
