Which lasik lasers are used to treat farsightedness?

All of them: The current lasik machines are pre-programmed to treat all types of refractive errors including farsightedness (hyperopia). The only limits are the rare persons with extreme eyeglass needs or corneal pathology of various sorts who cannot be treated. Discuss with your lasik surgeon.

Farsighted laser: Most lasers are approved for hyperopia (far-sightedness). I currently use the visx s4 which is very effective for hyperopic corrections.
