Tried almost everything for lower back pain with no relief. what are the next steps?

Depends: "almost everything" can be a lot. It includes a good neurological examination, sophisticated imaging of the back possibly including MRI and ct scans, exercizes, weight loss, and physical therapy. If all that fails then a pain specialist might be a good idea. Good luck.
