Scalp rash?: The scalp is not a very common location for p. Rose. It, like seborrhea, contact dermatitis or psoriasis is pink and scaly and could possibly be confused for one of those. Having said that, all can be treated with mild cortisone solutions used for short-term (2-3 weeks) on the scalp.
