What could it mean of i have a flat foot?

Arch is lower: Flatfeet means your arch on the inside of your foot is approaching the ground. This sometimes can be painful or not. Conservative treatment sometimes will work with custom orthotics, others flatfeet may require surgical options depending on the degree of symptoms.
