Depends: Not sure what you mean by "brain bleeding". As for untreated aneurysm, if the aneurysm is small, regular, is in anterior circulation, if you don't smoke, and you have no family history of subarachnoid hemorrhage (aneurysm bleeding) - then chances are you can live long. But the aneurysm must be monitored: if it changes it probably needs treatment. Where is your aneurysm and how big is it?
