Not aware: I have not heard of this. I highly recommend you contact your local lymphedema department (located at most hospitals or cancer centers in physical therapy) for appropriate treatment and recommendations.

None: Aromatherapy oils have no affect on lymphedema. Gentle massage of the affected limb can be of use, however. As was mentioned before, you should see a lymphedema therapist.
