Any Is Good!: Diet is actually more important than exercise when trying to lose weight, but there are ways to keep your metabolism revved up even if you're immobile. Search for "chair aerobics" - these exercises actually work. For the diet, try eliminating simple processed white carbs in favor of complex carbs. Eat every three hours or so, but with high protein meals and snacks. High quality food is the key!
