Very simple Cam Boot: Avulsions: common due to numerus capsular and ligamentous attachments to the cuboid.
Treatment: 5-7 days nwb, elevation followed by progressive weight bearing and functional rehab, using simple cam boot. For 3 weeks.

Depends on fracture: A small avulsion fracture of the cuboid may require no treatment other than crutches and pain control. Others may require non weight bearing for a prolonged period of time and/or surgery. It would be best to discuss this with your Orthopaedic surgeon.
