Ischial tuberosity: A year old fracture there is typically treated conservatively. Treat the symptoms. Rare surgery--consider ham stretch and strengthening, ultrasound, laser therapy, pt, modalities, nsaids, core exercises, purified omega, etc. If asymptomatic, no specific treatment needed.
