Get evaluated: You can get an evaluation of your problems with your physician -- who may also want to refer you to a psychiatrist, behavioral neurologist, or psychologist for additional help with testing and/or medications, etc. Many things can result in poor concentration, but your family doctor can get you started towards figuring out what's happening. Then appropriate treatment can begin.
