Surgery: Initially surgery to biopsy and/or remove tumor. Chemotherapy based upon type. Sometimes radiation, and/or bone marrow transplant depending upon extent of tumor and risk of mets.

Age & type dependen: There is no typical course of neuroblastoma. Best outcomes are in children less than 1 year of age with good histology and localized when diagnosed.
