Variable: Nb is typically a mass, and the symptoms of a mass can be silent or swelling/distention of the area (typically the abdomen). Nb can also be spread into other areas. These symptoms can include fatigue, irritability, pain.

Mass, pain: Neuroblastoma is a solid cancer of infants and children. It presents with a swelling in the abdomen, pain, weakness, pallor. If it occurs in the chest it may be silent until a chest xray is done for some other purpose and found by accident or if big enough can cause resiratory symptoms.

Rarer symptoms....: In addition to those symptoms already mentioned, neuroblastoma can sometimes cause swelling and discoloration around the eyes (referred to as "raccoon eyes"). It can also cause involuntary irregular eye movement that sometimes is accompanied by muscle twitching in other parts of the body (referred to as opsoclonus-myoclonus).
