A member asked:

Can i play football on a minorly sprained ankle?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It can be: If there is no significant swelling or pain, and you are on the recovery side of the sprain it might be. You might need to use an elastic brace for support. Listen to your ankle. If starts to hurt, stop. If you have pain and difficulty with walking and everyday activities, do not play and see a podiatrist for treatment and specific guidelines.
